Introduction These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the website and online store. Browsing and conducting transactions implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the technical and legal terms set forth below.
1. Intellectual Property All content (code, texts, graphics, logos, photographic material, laboratory certificates) constitutes the intellectual property of APEIROS. Reproduction, republication, or data extraction (data scraping) without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
2. Product Availability & Pre-orders The products (olive oil and edible olives) are available under a strictly limited production status (Limited Reserve). Through the pre-order protocol (Pre-allocation), the customer reserves a specific volumetric stock of the respective future harvest. The company reserves the right to inventory adjustment based on actual agronomic yields.
3. Pricing Policy & Transactions All listed prices (B2C) include the statutory VAT. The company reserves the right to dynamically change prices. Pricing changes do not under any circumstances affect orders or pre-orders that have already been registered and systemically confirmed.
4. Shipping Cost Policy Freight and potential customs clearance charges (for non-EU shipments) are borne exclusively by the consignee/customer. The final shipping cost is calculated dynamically at checkout, based on the volumetric weight of the selected SKUs and the destination postal zone.
5. Returns Policy (Food Products) Due to the perishable nature of the products as food items and to ensure public health (in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards), product returns are not accepted once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. The company cannot monitor or guarantee the storage and transit conditions (temperature fluctuations, light exposure) after the goods leave its facilities. Replacement claims are considered exclusively in cases of proven packaging damage during transit, provided that immediate photographic documentation is submitted upon receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability APEIROS is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to access the website. The system may be temporarily taken offline for technical maintenance (server downtime) without prior notice.
7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Greek Law and European Union Directives on Electronic Commerce and Consumer Protection. The courts of the company’s headquarters are designated as competent for the resolution of any dispute.
